1.0 What can I expect
Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows, if you have builders residue (e.g. plaster, concrete and paint etc.) stickers or adhesive, staining/discolouration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust on your windows, please notify as the price for the first clean will increase and we will need to use different cleaning techniques.
1.1 How often will we visit
We offer a 6-weekly visits. (alternative schedules are available for commercial customers)
1.2 Bad Weather
We will clean your windows in all weather conditions to enable us to provide a regular and reliable service to our customers. We use pure water system which works extremely well in all weather conditions, therefore, the quality of your window clean will not be affected by rain or poor weather conditions so the results will always be the same. We also offer a rain guarantee that if your windows aren’t perfect when we’ve cleaned in the rain we will come back to sort out any issues completely free of charge..
If the weather conditions are extreme and we feel there will be a health and safety risk or a negative result to your clean we will aim to come on the next available time slot.
1.3 Access to your property
If you have locked access and we cannot access the rear of your property then you will be charge a reduced rate for a partial window clean. Minimum is £12
1.4 Ending our services
If for one reason or another you should wish to cancel our services you have the right to do so at any time this can be done by calling us on 07709814120 or by email to alphawindowclean@yahoo.co.uk
1.5 Complaints procedure
We will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 48 hours of the clean. We will then return as soon as we can to re clean the unsatisfactory windows for free. Please note that complaints made after 48 hours may not be recleaned. Please note we operate a no refund policy, we will rectify work you are not happy with free of charge provided we are informed within 48 hours of the clean date.
1.6 Damages
When accidents happen we will always replace the damaged/broken item if we are at fault however we will not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects at your property, such as, but not limited to, old and brittle fascia's, guttering, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, loose stuck on lead, decorative bars stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, open/broken trickle vents, scratches etc.
1.7 Safety
We adhere to our health and safety policy as our personal safety is of the utmost importance. We will endeavour to clean all windows, but if we deem any windows , conservatory roofs or gutters to be inaccessible or unsafe to clean, we will not clean them.
1.8 Confidentiality
All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.
1.9 Payments
Customers joining our regular rounds are required to pay by cash or Direct Debit or bacs. Payments must be paid within 7 days after the completed clean if payment isn't made with in the 7 days a £5 Late payment Fee will be added to your bill showed as (LPF £5)
